Full Nudity on Xbox App / Microsoft Store version for PC

I’ve been searching the forum, reddit, and various websites for an answer to this and I really haven’t found it.

Is the full nudity option not enabled under any circumstances in Conan Exiles on the Xbox App on PC?

I am from Latin America, Argentina precisely, and from Steam I do have full nudity enabled.

FAQ and things I’ve already done:
The available options are None and Partial.
Yes, I have enabled and downloaded the “Regional Specific DLC” (which implicitly indicates that it enables the full nudity option).
Yes, I tried on official, private and singleplayer servers (by becoming an admin and enabling the maximum nudity available, but the “Full” option doesn’t list me there either).
In options - gameplay there is no option to change the maximum nudity, I can only access to see the available options when I create a character and when I use the Orb of Nergal, which does not show me any more options either.
I searched and modified all the .ini files for options referring to MaxNudity or similar to options like “2” or “Full” and none of them worked.

I don’t think I’m forgetting any details, what I need to know is if this is a bug, or is this option NEVER going to be enabled in the Xbox App/Microsoft Store versions on PC. Or if anyone knows of a fix for said bug if there is one.

Look for the Regional Specific DLC (10mb download) to see if it’s either installed or ready for download

As I said in the FAQ section of the post, I already have it installed and enabled.

Is the full option missing in Settings on the main title screen? Also see if the options appear when you’re not connected to the internet

When I have internet access, the option in Settings - Gameplay does not show. If I disconnect the internet, it does appear, but as soon as I reconnect to the internet it resets the settings again.

Sounds like an issue with the way Funcom Live Services interact with Game Pass.
