Recently tried replaying this game, and found that the option that has been available since release just isn’t present anymore. Steam version; Gamepass didn’t even exist when I bought the game.
Manually setting NudityLevel=2 in Game.ini reverts to 1 on launch, and is naturally ignored at runtime. I did confirm that ServerSettings.ini is unchanged at 2.
Is there a console command to cut through this censorship? Or a mod?
My bad. seems a local issue.
It’s a dlc, check to see if it’s still in your dlc list. If it is, create a single player game and see if the drop down menu for nudity settings works correctly there. (Enter SP, go admin, scroll down to nudity and wait for drop down menu to populate, then go into settings and repeat it)
Since when is it a DLC for Steam version? Is there such a thing?
@DeaconElie It’s missing in both locations. Even if I had neglected one, that doesn’t change the fact that my manual setting of Game.ini is forcibly reverted.
Just checked, still have full nudity in my game.
Purchased from Steam Jan 2017 day before the game released into early access.
Have you checked to see if nudity is set to full on the server setup page?
@droch-aon I promise you that was checked before going to the extent of manually checking ServerSettings.ini file. The option is present in the menu, but the menu only drops down to partial nudity. In the file, MaxNudity never changed from 2.
Where are you, like I said this may be a location thing.
I’m in the US, but I thought it was implied pretty strongly from my original post that there was no time in the past that I did not have full nudity enabled. For this to be a completely novel complaint, I must not be from any region with censorship controls.
