Since you indicated that your region is “here” I can tell you with high confidence that your region does not allow for full nudity. For example, in the US, the ESRB only allows for partial nudity.
Hello, the nudity setting depends not only on the server, but also in your current region and, should you have a physical copy, the region it is from.
