Hi I purchased Funcom points and almost 5 or 6 of them went through but the last one I purchased is stuck on pending today I purchased more and they went through when I log into the website where you can register it says there that it is approved but the other website it is still pending can the gm look into it I sent a ticket but still waiting for a reply
I also don’t get funcom points. The support service is not responding .
