Further NPC clothing color oddity

This is an extension of this post (Exiles pants on npcs and darfari loincloths on npc are black colored when they wear it), I had this problem in the Exiled Lands, and when I changed my server over to Siptah the problem changed from black bottoms, to bright green tops.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. not a clue, just happens on it’s own.
  2. not really bothered by it, but noticed others have the issue so I thought I would let you know how it looks on Siptah.

I see bright green tops as well, sometimes, on IoS.

Same here, very bright tops or bright pink pants on the new artisan thralls since the new update 2.3 =/
