Thanks Kikigirl for doing what Funcom’s community management should have done.
Funcom’s focus on “social media” instead of its own forum sends a problematic message. Twitter/X is probably used to reach potential new customers, while the forum probably is better to reach existing customers. That may seem wise from a marketing standpoint, but I guess it’s a bad sign for the game. If you don’t care about customer satisfaction and only on gaining new customers, that reeks of milking a dying cow.
