Hey, i want to play conan on #1041 server but it says the server is not active, if i look too tracking server sites the #1041 has 23 players online how is it possible? is the issue from funcom or xbos gamepass. Pls help !!

Please follow the stated in the Official servers guidelines to submit a ticket. Make sure to select “Official server performance” as the issue type:

Please make sure you provide the best information you can at the time of your report. This means relaying as much information as you can to help our team investigate. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, videos, timestamps, names of characters and clans, and a good description of the issue.
We won’t be able to refund or return any loss of property caused by an infraction.
