Game already bought but buy it again

My friend on xbox bought the game when it came to xbox on the release day. with the new update age of war he was gonna download the game again but coulden’t download it as it even stood not in his libary of games. and on the store it said buy it.

i would soon as possible a answer back any help is welcome for this :smiley:
