Game crashes every time i try to log in without fail

Game crashes everytime I attempt to log in and play the story mode. Without fail from the update on. I payed way to much money for this game to not work at all???

Sry forgot to say Im playing on xbox1s and it worked like 6 days ago.but has not worked for the last 6 days at all
