Game crashes immediately when loading game, re-install doesn't fix

After update game crashes durring initial intro video. Uninstalled/ Reinstalled game, still same crash
Gives this error message:
Fatal error!
Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x00000008

  3. Repeat…
  4. Fix how?
