Game crashes on Opening

Bug Description:

Game crashes on opening. Getting Error CE-34878-0
I see a few others are complaining about it on twitter and a few on the server I am playing on. None of them can open the application

I have closed and restarted the app a few time, checked for updates. Do i need to uninstall and reinstall?

Bug Reproduction:

Checked for updates on both PS4 and Game. Turned off and on the console and tried again. All other applications work

what is going on please fix this issue I’m playing pvp and was out my base with loot this is not good at all
