Bug Description:

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

While trying to load the game, the game crashes with error CE-34878-0

I have submitted a crash report to Sony as per the report feature in PlayStation.

This happened after the latest update

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Turn on game
  2. Select server
  3. Load game
  4. Game crashes
  5. Have a little cry to yourself while no one is watching

Someone on my server on pve is having the same issue. Their base is near the dam. They can’t log into my server but can join other servers.

I logged an alt in and logged out and back in a few times at their base but encountered no crashes.

Thank you for submitting the crash report via the dashboard. This way our team can check the logs and specific reasons of the crashes and use them for a fix in a future update.
Just in case, could you let us know the name of the server and approximate area where you encountered the crash?

The name of my server is Wormmwood on PVE. A second person on the server is blue screening. Both of them have Nemedian builds. One near the dam and the other near the gator pond. I logged in an alt to see if I blue screened myself at the location but didn’t have a problem near the dam. I have blue screened a couple times near the build at the gator pond but I was still able to log in. I don’t have the new dlc. Maybe they have some Nemedian build pieces in their inventory that causes the problem? Idk.

I had a lot of blue screens when my ps4 wanted a maintenance. Believe me when I opened the machine with a YouTuber video guidance I maybe fill a bag of weard dust fur balls. Maybe your teammates machines need to be cleaned. Ask them if they have red lamp indication on their consoles when they get the blue screen?

Got the same problem on a private server “Sky Backfisch 1” (pve exiled lands) (ps4)
Game crashed on these login spots
jungle 7N
Highlands 10F
Near sepermeru/oasis 8B
Further i get the message that there could not get connection to bugcoms live services
Please fix this asap

Ps wanted to add the coordinates, but i’m not allowed to join the server
At the end of the vid happens the crash, at that point sony stops recording, but you can see that the loading screen moves forward a little bit

I’m having the same problem with Siptah Latin America’s PVE 8144 Server… I’ve tried with other servers and the problem persists, I can’t start any online matches, only single player mode works.
The feature of collecting building parts does not work either.
