The game crashes at the screen where you choose to launch or continue. I have updated my graphics card drivers, deleted Steam and reinstalled, also deleted Conan and reinstalled multiple times. Also tried installing on my D: drive instead of my C: drive, still has the same issue.

Thank you for reaching out. By any chance did you ever have mods installed in your game?
In the meantime, please try to delete the modlist.txt and servermodlist.txt from your game files and let us know if the issue still persists.
