There is not much information to work with here. Have you tried the most common solutions:

  1. For 11th gen CPUs - 🚨 Recent Critical Issues Workarounds - #4 by AndyB
  2. Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable
  3. Remove or rename your modlist.txt under: \steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Mods
