Bug Description:
My Game is crashing before I get to the main menu. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled several times, I tried to verify files, and have rebooted. In every combination and order I an think of.
Bug Reproduction:
I press play on steam, then launch. The video loads until the purple circle, and then quits. No error message.

same happens to me, created a report just like you and got no answer
the only difference is that i use xbox app, the game is unplayable right now.

I see that you already performed some steps of the troubleshooting in order to get your game back in order.
May I ask if you’ve attempted them in the following order:
1 - Uninstall the game
2 - Manually check if every folder/file was properly removed
3 - Log out from Steam
4 - Reinstall the game
5 - Verify files
6 - Attempt to play
