Game freeze at 10%

Im wondering this, why is it, that every single damned time my health get at 10% while fighting, my game freezes and i die, it NEVER hoes wrong. This is happening with my friend also.
I find this a very critical issue, as a berserker build ones gotta be below 25% to perform great, which bevomes very difficult when encountering the game freezing every single time we’re at 10%, always!
I bet this issue has been brought up before, as many other issues thats not getting fixed.

I have the same thing basically before I die say I see a hit coming that would kill me my game freezes and than I die. The freeze comes just before you die. Basically the freeze is death.

Thats the problem… I dont lose 10% health from a hit, lets say daggers, but yet, the game forces one to die…
Its the first game ive ever experienced this in and i see it as a major flaw to the game, which should be fixed.
