Game freezes randomly, in single player

Bug Description:

Game will randomly freeze, while playing. Task manager shows ConanSandbox.exe is not responding, forcing me to terminate it. This is the only game that does this on my high end system. There is no crash report. Note that since I don’t play on official servers (or multiplayer at all), I do not have BattleEye installed, and is also disabled in the launcher.

None

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Continue a single player game
  2. Play, until it freezes

Relevant System Specs:

CPU: Intel i9-9900k
GPU: RTX 2080 (SUPER)
RAM: 32GB dual-channel
HDD: 7200rpm SATA Hard drive (I’ve seen reports on Steam where this also happens on SSDs)
