I Believe it may be an AMD issue, but I’ve tried all the workarounds I can find such as muting sound and turning off/on CPUs and adding a that bassEQ=true line to the engine.ini
It did fix my alt-tab freezing but I’m still getting horrible stuttering on my desktop to the point where it’s near unplayable. Are there any other fixes I can try?
