Game will not start with and without launcher

I installed the game for the first time (26 Janruary 2024) and the game won’t launch from the launcher. Tried verifying files through steam and nothing was wrong. Then I tried running the game from the conansandbox.exe nothing happened. I reinstalled the game didn’t fix it. file integrity still good. Ran it from sandbox.exe got an error of "Couldn’t start: “C:\steamlibrary\steamapps\common\conanexiles\conansandbox\binaries\win64\conansandbox-win64-shipping.exe” createprocesss() returned 2.
