Game won’t launch on xbox series x i have 2 of them and neither one will launch i have 4 other xboxes that will launch so it is limited to series x i have done all of the troubleshooting that xbox suggest nothing helps

We just tried to boot up the game on a Series X and it worked normally. Could you let us know a few details just in case there’s a missing step that’s causing this?

  • Have you installed the game on the internal storage, on an external official storage unit, or from an external USB hard drive?
  • Have you tried to re-download the game? Is it the full game, or the preview version?

it was on an official xbox external hard drive the wd black 12 moved it this morning to the internal hard drive still will not go pass the title screen. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled verified I had purchased full game I bought the game on June 1 2018. I have deleted my profile and reinstalled also cleared my local saves.
