Game wont launch

Just changed to a new PC, trying to launch the game via funcom launcher,
nothing happened after i click launch. no error message, just nothing

tried a few things:

  1. installed C++
  2. verifying files
  3. direct booting from the file folder

not sure what else to do, help pls!

which folder? can you give the path?
