I’ve bought the game a few hours ago, downloaded and installed it, but now I got to the funcom launcher, and the game just keep executing forever and nothing happens.
Try verifying files in Steam, assuming this is a Steam copy.

Try avoiding the launcher and just launch from local .exe
\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Binaries\Win64

Just tried, nothing happens. I can see the ConanSandbox.exe running in the background, in the task manager, but the game doesnt start.
Does your PC meet the minimum system requirements for the game?
Have you encountered this behavior in any other game (Steam or otherwise)?
Do you have a bunch of background tasks running that might be using up your system resources?

no, just opera gx, discord and steam.
My cpu is pretty much free, my RAM is only 25% used, so, everything is fine in my PC.
My system is also updated.
When is the last time you restarted your PC by actually clicking the ‘restart’ instead of just shutting it down at night? Restart your PC.
Is the game installed on a solid state (SSD) or a mechanical hard drive (HDD)?
If it’s an HDD, when was the last time you defragged the drive?

I restarted it half a hour ago, trying to solve this.
Installed on a HDD. Its been a while since I last defragged it. I dont know, 2years maybe
But I cant do it now, I have some important things that I’m finishing and I cant touch them for now.
