Garisson bench not listing all armors

Bug Description:

Cannot see all armors in the garrison bench

Bug Reproduction:

I open the garrison bench but most of the armors is missing.

Same problem with weapons and “Garrison blacksmith’s bench”

I realized this was on purpose.
