Ghost/fake purges

Our clan has had a problem for 4 days now, that we don’t get any purges. Event log says that purge for our clan has started, but none of us gets any notification of purge and our purge meter stays full all the time. We can get multiple “purges” according our event log, but in reality we got none. Wtf is going on? How can we get out of this limbo?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Hey there @Dragonius

We’re aware of this issue and we’re investigating.
Until then, a player with a similar issue suggested a workaround that worked for them: if you can, kick from your clan some of its members and add them again shortly after. This should get rid of this ghost purge issue if the affected members have been kicked and invited again.
