i paid full price for a game that does not work and that I cannot play. Please refund my money for this unfinished, un playable, shouldnt even be released in beta yet crash box.

Whats not working exactly? Most things workes for me, yes all new games have its buggs in some wayes but compare to WOW and other games its not that bad.
If you were are WoW for the first few years, it was never pretty.
We preferred Guild Wars, after SOE bombed with SWG.
