“Is it possible to offer a feature for character renaming and customization in the near future? This would complement the new bio update nicely. I’m interested in changing my character’s name to something other than my gamertag or correcting a typo. Additionally, it would be great to have the flexibility to choose between a bearded or clean-shaven look and explore various hairstyles. Thank you!”

You can change your features with an Orb of Nergal.

Welcome to the Forum @zhilen111 .The ability to create new names with out a new character might cause issues on pvp servers
