Global and Local chat

problem: bug

I have reported this already but here goes again. If I leave Global and go into Local chat I cannot return to Global. Have tried everything even changing my Keybindings. Nothing works. Did not have this problem in Early Release

Type /global and press space bar. You’re now in global chat.

Yes, press space bar, not enter.
