Glowing goop inside the Harbor of the twice drowned couldn't be harvested

I was very happy to see a huge amount of glowing goop when entering Harbor of the twice drowned. It would solve the issue to craft feast of derketo big time. However, It was ruined when i found out that they could not be harvested at all. I tried to interact with tools and hand pick, but nothing can be harvested. I though it was a temporary glitch, so i enter the vault the next day. Nope, still couldn’t harvest them. If it is only accessories why put them at all.

Please consider to fix this to be a harvestable resources.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Login to the game.
  2. Go to Harbor of the twice drowned vault
  3. Enter the vault
  4. Try to harvest glowing goop, with tools or hand pick
