Glowing Standing Torch - Can't get after placement

Glowing Standing Torch - Can’t put back in inventory after placement while the other torch can.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Craft Glowing Stick
  2. Craft Glowing Standing Torch from Glowing Stick
  3. Place Glowing Standing Torch in any surface
  4. Try to take back Glowing Standing Torch by interacting with it.
