here another question - why so became, it seems to me it is a patch error. Because the armor is the most expensive and elite in the game, it can not be the worst in terms of characteristics. Most likely, it got into the alteration of the armor. That is, first in its non-epic version, all the characteristics are 1. and in the epic already what they should be. But it was missed, since the non-epic version of it is rusty armor.
