Green wall death bug

This might have been already mentioned… but I couldn’t find a record.

I’ve recently decided to run into the green wall for fun as a quick way to kill myself. I like the noise and dramatic effect.

Anyhoo, after dying to the wall and respawning, I always get a description box for webbed gossamer and also a “talk and goodbye” text box off to the left hand side.

Kinda weird and thought I’d share it if it’s a new error.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.run into green wall
2.respawn
3.get boxed description of item and talk/goodbye box
4.hit esc to exit out

Talk button didn’t reveal anything. It isn’t linked. Just empty clicking. Have to hit esc to exit out of the weird screen.

Confirmed same issue on Xbox. Ive got a green wall base and see this exact screen all the time.

Online official specified, so no mods. I tried this in solo and did not get the same results, just the normal death cutscene and respawn choices.

Want to share coordinates so I can try there in solo? I was around P5.

No mods used. PC official Pve-C.
Doesn’t seem to matter where I use the wall ( noob desert by dregs or north jungle wall)
Just ran into it again a few min ago, still get the screen.
