I think…Funcom wants to kill off official servers becuase it costs them $$. I haven’t seen action from them to prove otherwise.

@Jens_Erik I am sure you have seen this but just in case you have not, these are the types of concerns where the player base needs some communication.

looks like the server crashed is why you couldnt damage him. Someone in chat says they can’t harvest stone.
didn’t crash, he even said he was going to do it, well more likely his buddy did it. it stayed this way till I got back to my base and logged out. 100% the server did not crash, and 100% these guys use scripts or something. when the server crashes you see ppl running in a straight line.
Sorry for not responding earlier, but unfortunately we’re not available 24/7. We’re on the case and we think we have an idea of what’s going on. Thank you guys for the report.

We have the same problem on 1310 server. Arkham clan is doing the same thing. PVP was turned off when they were attacking someone and they deal 80% or more damage to ordinary players, climb through the anti-climbing blocks, fly and jump for enormous distance. So I think that it’s a kind of a bug or glitch that they use to damage the server work. I don’t know how they do it but it is still working.
could you please update us when you guys figure out what to do with this players, I think we are all abit anxious to find out and see a result to the matter .thank you !
please let us know if you ban these players (which should absolutely happen). it would go a long way in restoring some faith in funcom as a whole.
We have a coder working on removing the cause of this particular issue. I will keep you guys updated on what we’re going to do with these particular players.

I got a PM respomnse from Jens_Erik about another similar issue:
No ban hammers. 
While this is true we will, in certain extreme cases, make exceptions and remove people from the game.
If they are not banned it is 100% simply not good enough.
they are abusing the game mechanics in a way that they are not supposed to be.
this game is not ALPHA nor BETA anymore… to simply let it carry on will eventually kill of your game. i have seen it on many games, where hackers and exploits were left to fester the community away, and eventually kill the games off.
I know these people who have done the hacking have been on other servers doing the same and have gotten away with it. but it has to end.
in this case it is not griefing or harassment, this is an extreme case and reading into jens reply a little it sounds like the ban hammer will be justly wielded!

absolutely agree with this! exploiters and cheater is the reason for empty servers and the reason the game will eventually die, so sad as i have bought all 3 expansions to support funcom and support the game i really like!
Jens_Erick you got video evidence and you got screenshots , steam ids i dont understand why dont you take a zero tolerance attitude towards this sort of game play! they laugh at you the taunt the players, they clearly state they dont care about you cause you won’t take action why dont you show them and us different ?
why dont you get voluntary admins that can deal with this sort of issue? im pretty sure many players from community will donate their time !

@Jens_Erik, you need to come in this server now and moniter it if at all possible
the only issue with community admins, is that you cannot guarantee they will treat everyone the same unless they were purely there to remove glitchbases and remove hackers.
seems more have joined, this Raymond reddington geezer…so brazen with his cheat boasting is unbelievable…
