Hanuman's gift turn in and Sinner's refuge bugs on xbox

i’ve tried several times since the last update to turn in hearts in Hanuman’s grotto and the side pop ups tell me i’m getting yeti gift or hanuman’s potions yet nothing appears in my inventory.

The back room in sinner’s refuge is not spawning correctly, only the 2 dancer spawns in the left hand corner are spawning, nothing near the alter or the npcs on the wooden walkway are spawning at all. Has persisted for quite a while now despite me clearing the cave several times per day.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.log into official xbox server, walk into the back room in sinner’s refuge
2.try to turn in a heart in the grotto on official xbox server

If some has built above sinners it will keep spawns from happening

Hello @RingoSuperStarr, we’re aware of the issue with Hanuman’s Grotto, it will be addressed in a future patch.

Regarding the spawning issues, as TheEternalMan has mentioned it’s likely that they’re being blocked by an overlapping land claim, could you verify if there are any buildings built above as the claims extend infinitely as far as vertical space is concerned?

I feel they need to remove builds blocking spawns unless its directly on a spawn location. Which in case you shouldnt be able to build in a cave or temple but if you build above outside it wont affect spawns. And if someone builds outside on a spawn location maybe have an alternate spawn location. Just my 2 cents.
