As of right now, the hunanan groto cave and sinners refuge aren’t properly working. In the groto cave upon turning in the sacrifice you dont receive a reward. The sinners refuge won’t spawn NPCs inside the cave itself. The opening still has the thralls outside but no additional NPCs and from my understanding the one place to get a mitra named priest.

Is there someone built on top of the refuge? If so, it will cause spawn blocks, as claim goes infinite vertical up and down.
Yeah the hunaman cave have been like this for over 2 weeks now, can’t wait for it to be fix.

We’re aware of the issue with the Hanuman’s Grotto and it will be addressed in a future patch.
Regarding the spawn issue, please verify if there are any player buildings built above the area, as WhatMightHaveBeen has suggested.
If it is blocked is there something we can do to fix this?
You’ll have to either reach out to the owner of the claim that might be blocking the spawn or destroy the structures.
