Bug Description:
When transferring the character ID CCCPioneer#52183 from the server #6416 PVP to the server #6057 PVE, a failure occurred.

Steps to Reproduce:
On May 3, 2022, I transferred the character ID CCCPioneer#52183 from the official server #6416 PVP to the official server #6057 PVE. The transfer was formed on the server #6416 PVP.
After logging into the server #6057 PVE, there was an error message when loading the character. Upon re-entry, the character is lost both on the server #6416 PVP and on #6057 PVE.

I have the same problem right now.
You should make a ticket if you haven’t already because I don’t think you’ll get an answer here ^^
On the other hand, I don’t know if they do support on weekends unfortunately.

Earlier, after the crash, I sent to (funcom .zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) bug report. I didn’t get an answer. Those who had such a thing returned the characters. I don’t have one yet.

I sent a ticket yesterday for the same reason, I still have no answer either so I hope you are patient.
