Hard Server Lags & High Ping, need reset or fix

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Performance: Server Ping is 1020 and hard lags. Server is Official server #1313 PvP

Pls help for fix the problem. Now we have this problems 2 days, yesterday and today. I cant play with this problem.

Go on g-portal website, make an account, make a ticket for the server, they’ll look into it if it is a tecnical problem with the software, maybe a corrupted file or such.
