Bug Description:
The Harlot’s journal #4 is missing or locatet bellow the textures/surface. Also the ghost wont appear too, you can hear the sound, but never see the model. Deactivate the journal mod wont help.
Ran into this myself yesterday. Meant to make a bug report, but it totally slipped my mind.
You can find the journal if you use admin commands to float down under the mesh. Otherwise it’s not possible to interact with and consequently not possible to get the associated emote.

Situations like yours may require you to completely uninstall your mods manually, so that they may stop happening. We see that you’ve deactivated the mods, however in many cases that does not stop the issue from occurring.
@Glurin are you too using mods, or have you experienced this issue happening in a server without mods?

Same Issue on our server - we have Pippi, Amunet Server Transfer and Savage Wild Mod.
Single player. No mods.
Been that way on official servers for, um, ages.
Tried this already, unfortunately with no effect.
The ghost and the journal have been sinking for years. For a long time the corner of the journal was sticking up just above the mesh where you could click on it if you knew the right spot.
Went to the spot last night (single player, no mods). Clicked in the right spot where the “press your use key” message popped up. No luck. Ghosted down and the journal was right there a little below the mesh. Clicked on it and got the “show off” emote.
Not a mod issue at all.
Of course - this is also something Funcom could have tested after having it reported to them by multiple people. But that would require a community team that doesn’t assume all problems are the fault of the players…
At least they didn’t request a video.
