Harlot's Journal #8 at The Summoning Place, the animation is not appearing there

[The Harlot animation ghost has not appeared for a VERY LONG TIME.]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Go to the summoning place
2.Climb steps and hear the ghost animation sound
3.See no ghost animation, but find journal #8 there
4.Also the Harlot ghost is not appearing at the sinkhole obelisk, same issue above, hear the sound find the journal but no ghost has appeared since last year.

I’ll confirm this and I’ll add that it’s not just this instance; Harlot’s Journal entries 4 and 5 (in grid I-5 that grants ‘show off’ and ‘blow kiss’ respectively) also have missing ghost animations. Audio triggers are still there and working, however.
