Ghost Animations not Showing up

Game mode: Singleplayer PC version 103780 / 18665
Problem: Bug
Region: USA

Showoff Harlot journal Ghost not showing up, you hear the sound find the journal but no ghost. I will try to check the other ghosts as well and report in.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. start game
  2. go to where Showoff journal is
  3. Hear ghost sound clearly
  4. See no ghost, pick up journal / emote anyway.

Confirmed. Has been like this since the hotfix (at least).
