I would definitely buy a doc that had ruins of all the other dlc packs.
I would have a great time building haunted or abandoned ruins.

I would also pounce on a DLC which offers some more rudimentary T1 or T2 building sets such as crude wood or mudbrick. We have an over abundance of T3 options to display our wealth and decadence, but relatively few for the newer players and more impoverished exiles.
