Healing in Torments where you shouldn't be able to

Bug Description:

As the title suggests, this bug allows you to heal in Torments where it should be disabled, such as Death’s Edge and Giantslayer (you still heal from slaughters).

Steps to Reproduce:

Step 1: Play a Torment where healing should be disabled
Step 2: Slaughter an enemy.
