I cannot use healing potions, wraps, etc. I try to move them to the hotbar wherl and it reads “cannot move this item” and if I go into my inventory to use them, I am only given the options “info” and “split”. Has anyone figured out a way to solve this issue? Thanks!
I have the same issue… only difference is platform PC on official server 1004
Did not have that problem yesterday on official pve Ps4 server.
It happened to mi at least once a day.
I did not find a way to solve it, nor a workaround for it. I just had to quit the game, lose all buffs, log back again 
.
I reported it long time ago, I hoped it was fixed for AoS Chapter 2.
Get on a horse or remove bracelet
Yeah, get on a horse and use a potion or healing time. When it prompts that you can’t use it, get off and it’ll work again.
