So here is the thing. I own a server through gportal. My game has crashed and before gave me and error saying cannot connect to 4343, so i told gportal. they tried to fix it but said it was a funcom issue. ever since the newest patch, I have loaded into my base, halfway in the foundation, My game would randomly disconnect from the server and me and my clanmates would all get kicked out. its been happening more frequently since the newest patch, I have tried to ask people whats going on but no one is giving me a straight answer. Meanwhile. I havent been able to play for 2 days, and my server is still being paid for. so im just trying to figure out whats going on. and is anyone going to get some sort of compensation for missed days?
