The server I run, Lands of the Unknown, serveral have been playing on it just fine but my one friend she now can not seem to be able to not only play on it

Could your friend join it as some point or has she been unable from the beginning? If she could never join, there might be an issue with her ISP. Could you ask her to try joining the server using a VPN to confirm this suspicion?
