High Ping and decay timers on?

Why would the decay timers be reactivated When the High Ping rates are a know issue which prevents players from being able to log in when the ping is consistently over the 300 threshold?

Now at 11am est official 1516 ping 606, 1517 ping 573 1940 ping 1630

1941 ping 1629

So because of that I lost 65 thralls because I wasn’t able to log into the server 1516 for several days .

So Why not leave them off till you all can get things sorted?

In the interest of being open, and honest in my emoji response, I fully empathise with you regarding this issue. I know it is of little help to inform you of this: you are not alone in your way of thinking. However, I am lead to believe that the powers that be are working on a solution, and I really hope one can come along soon. Try and stay positive.
