High ping on conan 166

Ping cap temporarily increased in PC official servers (Exiled Lands & Isle of Siptah)

Greetings Exiles, We’re aware of a few issues with the server browser pinging functionality that is causing it to report the wrong ping to a server. This interferes with the chances of joining a server where ping should otherwise be within the limits. We are working on improvements to the server browser that will allow for a better pinging result, but on the meanwhile. we are temporarily increasing the ping limit from 140 to 200 on all official servers on PC (excluding No Ping servers, which w…

Idk if its 140 or not but the implication is yes there’s a cap.
