Nonexistent high ping preventing logon

I have been unable to logon to my server for the past four days because the server claims that my ping is too high. I have been able to log on to other servers.

I have tested my ping with six different ping testers, and every one shows good ping times: average West Coast ping = 21ms, East Coast ping = 80ms, European/Asian = 116ms.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect.

I submitted a server report to Funcom but zero response from them, apparently their customer service relies on players rather than employees from what I can tell.

I’m at a loss as to what is causing the problem.

Has anyone got any ideas to help?

Oh, I forgot to mention that the server fails to show up at all under any option, and that the “ping too high” report comes when I attempt direct connection.
