Horses & height

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Graphics
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvP
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: =SERVER NAME=
Mods: Tot! Custom

Bug Description:

My friend and I are faced with a persistent problem, and we can say that we have not seen it before. The fact is that the horse no longer change size, adjusting to the player, now it just becomes higher / lower above the ground, depending on whether the character is taller or shorter than the average height. We noticed this bug when using “Tot! Custom” set abnormal growth for the characters. Now, for a character with a height of 240 cm, the horse is seriously rising into the air. I’ve tried deleting mods, reinstalling the game, and creating a new world. The problem persists even with vanilla height. Its animations and behavior are working properly, the problem is exactly in which plane horse is moving. It’s disappointing.

Bug Reproduction:

Its enough to change character height from average and mount a horse

You need to contact the Mod author about this. It is not Funcom’s problem.

I did it and he decided its vanilla bug. As i said, i did everything for vanilla experience (deleting mods, reinstalling game, new world) and I see this bug again.

You’ll likely have to start over with a fresh database, as it sounds like your mod has corrupted the one you’re using. Sorry, but that is a potential hazard of using modified game files. :worried:

“he” (the mod author) decided it’s a vanila bug? Dead WRONG!
As DaVice pointed out, it is very likely your database is corrupted. This is caused by left over files from a mod (or mods) that were “removed”. The trouble is more times and not, there is nothing that removes a mod and restores the game to it’s original state. As if a mod (or mods) were never installed in the first place.
THAT is the mod author’s fault.
You will have to go into your database, find those left over files and remove them manually. You have no other choice.
