Hosting Dedicated Servers Via Rackmount for XBox?

Hello,

I have 4 dual Xeon rack servers & wanted to ask if there is a way I can download a server application to allow for me to host Conan Exiles for XBox on one of my racks. Does anyone know? I know its possible for Ark just wondering if it is for Conan also?

And can this be done for hosting a server for XBox One or is that for PC only?

Self-hosting appears to be a PC only feature. XBox users may rent server space.
