How can I crush enemies when the server already crushed them?

Title: Official Server #1730 PvE Down - Ping 9999, Dead Status

Server: #1730 PvE (g-portal.com)
Region: America
Issue: Server unreachable for hours, ping 9999, shows 0/40 players and “???” age in-game. BattleMetrics reports status as “dead.” Please restart or investigate.
